AlienFiles can run on any computer with Microsoft Windows as the operating system, including: Windows 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP, VISTA and Windows 7.
An internet connection is also needed - AlienFiles will work for a 56K internet connection and faster.


Q: Does the picture and file hosting service work in my country?
AlienFiles can be used worldwide and works with all eBay websites. The adverts produced are viewable through-out the Internet worldwide, regardless of where your location is.


Q: Can I purchase AlienFiles on disc?
Yes - AlienFiles can be purchased via email and it can be delivered to your address on CD. To purchase AlienFiles please click here.


Q: What is the AlienFiles license policy?
If you purchase AlienFiles it can be used on one computer at a time, and with one eBay username. If you need it for two eBay usernames and/or two computers, then two licenses (product) will need to be ordered. If you need lots of licenses please contact us for a bulk discount or visit our bulk discount page.

Q: How do I purchase AlienFiles and do I need a PayPal account to purchase AlienFiles?
AlienFiles can be purchased from the purchase page, and can be paid for with PayPal or the other option called ShareIt - Both are secure and well known payment handling companies.

Anyone can make a secure payment using PayPal for the AlienFiles Software Application, although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


Q: Can I use AlienFiles in my country?

Q: Will the listings produced by AlienFiles display correctly in browsers other than Internet Explorer?
The output code generated by AlienFiles will display in all popular web browsers.


Q: Can AlienFiles be used on other auction sites beside eBay
AlienFiles generates standard HTML code, so can be added to any online auction website that accepts listings in HTML format - which is the vast majority.


Q: How much do you charge for the hosting of my images on your servers?
The hosting of your images and any other files added to your listings are included in the purchase price. You can also create an unlimited amount of listings without incurring any fees.


Q: Are there any monthly fees, bandwidth fees or large file fees?
There are no monthly fees, there are no bandwidth fees as usage is unlimited and there are no large file fees. The file size per listing is shown below:

Images - Large 12Mb limit per listing
Audio and Music - Large 12Mb limit per listing
Video and Movies - Large 12Mb limit per listing


Q: How long does the license last?
The license lasts for 12 months, as stated in the Terms and Conditions. This means you can use the program for 12 months with unlimited and un-metered access. After 12 months you will have to purchase another license to continue using the program.


Q: Are the limits mentioned for a single listing or all combined listings?
The limits are per listing. The file size per listing is shown below:

Images - Large 12Mb limit per listing
Audio and Music - Large 12Mb limit per listing
Video and Movies - Large 12Mb limit per listing
