Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy
License
[Applies to all products except for 'AlienFiles', 'AlienFiles Me', 'Elegantz Website Builder']
If you purchase any product except for ['AlienFiles', 'AlienFiles Me',
'Elegantz Website Builder'] it can be used on one computer at a time. If
you need it for two computers, then two licenses (product) will need to
be ordered. If you need lots of licenses please contact us for a bulk discount
or visit our bulk discount page.
The license is a one time purchase - meaning once you have purchased the
product is does not need to be renewed at any time. This means you can
use the program an unlimited number of times over an unlimited time period.

If you purchase ['AlienFiles', 'AlienFiles Me', 'Elegantz Website Builder'] it can be used on one computer at a time, and with one username. If you need it for two usernames and/or two computers, then two licenses (product) will need to be ordered. If you need lots of licenses please contact us for a bulk discount or visit our bulk discount page.
The license lasts for 12 months. This means you can use the program for 12 months with unlimited and unmetered access. After 12 months you will have to purchase another license to continue using the program.
Email Delivery
You will receive an email within 24 hours after payment is made with instructions on how to download, install & activate the product. Please be sure to check your 'spam' folder too, because some email messages can be mistaken for 'spam'. If you have not had any emails from us with 24 hours please be sure to contact us regarding the matter.
CD Delivery
You will receive an email within 24 hours after payment is made with instructions on how to download, install & activate the product. It will also contain confirmation that the CD will be delivered. Please be sure to check your 'spam' folder too, because some email messages can be mistaken for 'spam'. If you have not had any emails from us with 24 hours please be sure to contact us regarding the matter.
We aim to have the CD delivered to your address as soon as possible.
US: Airmail delivery normally takes 7 working days, however please allow up to 28 days maximum.
Europe: Airmail delivery normally takes 7 working days, however please allow up to 28 days maximum.
UK: Delivery normally takes 2 working days, however please allow up to 28 days maximum.
Your delivery package will contain all the information needed to use the software.
Free Trial
You are entitled to try-before-you-buy.
Refund
We will make a full refund if you are not happy with your product within 30 days of purchasing it - as stated on our payment pages. If you have ordered a CD version, then the CD will need to be returned before we can make a full refund, and 10% will be deducted to cover the postage charges.
Only if you have not received a CD or product registration email from us with 28 days are you entitled to a full refund. We are not entitled to refund electronic download products (after 30 days), or products purchased in error - although we look at each case individually and will make a refund if it is fair to.
Support
We will aim to answer all questions within 24 hours - however please allow
a maximum of 5 working days. To contact support please use the contact
form and not the email address - as some emails will get deleted because
they could be mistaken for 'spam' email.
Unauthorized Use
You may not place any our software, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind. Distributing the software, design and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) by any means is forbidden. All rights to the downloaded design and documentation not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to 'UmBop Software'.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE, DESIGN AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THE PACKAGE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PACKAGE.
IN NO CASE SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
LOST PROFITS OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED UPON A BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
